Is there an age restriction for Bright Eyes at Red Rocks?
There is no age restriction for the event.
How do I place my order?
All Bright Eyes travel packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale Wednesday, December 10, at 10am MST / 12pm EST. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.
Is there a ticket purchase limit?
Yes, there is a two package limit for travel packages.
How can I request accessibility accommodations?
If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your hotel reservation OR experience at Bright Eyes RRX, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.
Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.
How will I receive my concert tickets?
All tickets will be delivered digitally. In the weeks leading to the event, you will receive an email from AXS with instructions to claim your ticket(s). Click into this email and add the tickets to your AXS account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your 100x package when accessing your tickets in AXS. Tickets may be presented digitally or printed prior to arrival.
How will I receive my travel package merchandise?
All package merchandise will be distributed at 100x check-in upon arrival. Items must be picked up on-site as we cannot ship merchandise!
When will I receive information about 100x check-in?
More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.
I purchased a package as a gift and will not be attending. How can the recipient redeem the package?
If you’d like to gift your travel package, please submit your request to 100x via email by Friday, April 10, 2026. The request must come from the email address used to purchase the package.
To update the will call name, reach out to us HERE and include:
- Purchaser name and email
- Order number and package type
- New ticket holder’s full name, email, and phone number
Once confirmed, the recipient will be able to check in to the hotel, pick up merchandise, and access event tickets / transportation.
Important:
- The original purchaser may be responsible for transferring digital event tickets to the recipient. If the request is submitted early enough, this may not be necessary.
- Packages must be paid in full before being transferred.
- Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, transportation, merchandise and event tickets) and cannot be separated or split by day.
Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased travel package?
All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. If you accidentally purchase the wrong package and hope to change your order, reach out to us immediately HERE and we will assess what we can do to help.
Our Travel Packages
How to purchase a travel package on Ticketstoday
Start at brighteyesrrx.100xhospitality.com and click the [Buy Now] button next to the hotel package you want. This takes you to the corresponding Ticketstoday package page.
On the package page, choose the number of guests you’re purchasing for (the quantity represents the total number of guests, not the number of packages), and click Add Event. Your package is secured as soon as you complete this step.
Note: When you press the “+” button, the quantity will automatically match the number of passes included in the package.
(Example: A travel package that includes 2 tickets for the show will display a quantity of 2.)
Once the items are in your cart, you have 10 minutes to complete checkout.
No Ticketstoday account is required. We recommend using the email associated with your Ticketmaster account so your tickets can easily be added to your Ticketmaster mobile wallet once they are released.
You can pay in full or use the 60/40 payment plan (no additional fee).
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email. About two weeks before the show, purchasers will receive a ticket-claim link. If you used the same email tied to your Ticketmaster account, your tickets will load directly into your Ticketmaster mobile wallet.
Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?
The price listed on our website for travel packages shows both the price per person for a package and the full ‘per package’ price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – if you are purchasing a travel package before January 16, 2026, you will have the option to either pay in full or opt-in to a payment plan // the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost. Is there an age restriction for the Bright Eyes Travel Packages?
Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.
Hotel Information
What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?
100x abides by the hotel’s standard hotel policy, viewable HERE. There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with the hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.
What parking is available at the available hotels?
100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual hotel website.
How far is each hotel from the venue?
We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue. See the distance of each hotel from the venue HERE.
Will there be an incidental hold at my hotel?
You will be required to provide a valid credit card at check-in. Incidental holds vary at each hotel property. Please refer to the hotel’s website for the most up to date information on incidental charges.
I contacted the hotel and they do not have my reservation information, why is that?
We kindly request that you wait to reach out to your respective hotel with any specific requests until approximately 1-2 weeks before your check-in date. Please be assured that from our end, everything related to your reservation is confirmed. We typically share our updated rooming lists, including all guest information, with our hotel partners no earlier than one month prior to check-in day.
